River Front LLC is Hiring a Trucking Operations Manager Near Camden, NJ
This individual must be able to oversee all operations including:
Schedule of trucks, triaxles, dump trailers, roll-off containers and walking floors both near and mid-term timelines in conjunction with our Heavy Highway and Utility Construction Company's needs.
Develop a strong list of driver candidates and owner operators to support growing operations.
Strong computer skills with MS Office, ability to learn scheduling software (MS Project) and maintain schedule files. Produce daily sales, material inventory and trucking reports.
Manage operations and personnel of the Class B recycling facility. Oversee the timely recycling/processing of in-bound materials to marketable aggregates and soils. Maintain inventory of sands, soil and rock products not processed on site from pre-arrange purchases.
Marketing (sales) of facilities' products and services, both in-bound and out-bound - potential bonus commission on new sales
Work with company mechanics to maintain truck and equipment on scheduled maintenance, and oversee timely repairs.
