ChemDesign, a contract chemical manufacturer, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill our customer-focused, relationship management role. This self-directed individual will be responsible for identifying and orchestrating the necessary activities to elevate the experience for both external and internal customers. Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of the customer experience, including coordinating customer meetings and visits.
· Communicate with operations to balance customer expectations and operational availability.
· Align Customer, Operations, and Purchasing activities to ensure required materials and supplies are available when needed.
· Collaborate with all involved parties to ensure project deadlines are met.
· Coordinate the end of campaign activities including returning of customer owned inventory and cost comparison reporting.
· Ensure necessary documentation and information requirements are met.
· Understand and improve the overall flow of information and process to better serve both internal and external customer requirements.
· Supervise and provide coverage for the customer service, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

Prerequisites:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
· Supervisory experience is preferred
