Duties:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist clients with product selection and provide detailed information about features and benefits
- Conduct sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience handling cash transactions and operating cash registers is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Basic understanding of retail math for accurate pricing calculations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
