TAMKO is Hiring a Revenue Administrator Near Galena, KS

  • Review and validate reward submissions from outside roofing contractors for accuracy against eligible programs.
  • Process contractor reward submissions for payment in a timely manner.
  • Review and validate pricing quotes for accuracy.
  • Research billing discrepancies from customers.
  • Maintains customer master records.
  • Preparing daily status reports on billing and billing discrepancies.
  • Answering external and internal questions regarding pricing and customer rewards.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to revenue activities both internally and externally.
  • Ability to think and act independently.
  • Ability to thoroughly document eligibility of rebate submissions through spreadsheet documentation.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent. 
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision as well as color differentiation.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet and occasionally moderate.
