The Clinical Informatics (CI) Consultant II has mastered the basic functions of the CI Consultant I including: first-level support of software and hardware, system testing, training development and facilitation, and interdisciplinary collaboration on workflow and technology design and/or improvement. The CI Consultant II can independently manage assignments, issue resolution, and projects from intake to completion. Leverages expert knowledge of clinical workflows and technology to identify, analyze, and resolve complex problems. Serves as a consultant to administration, IS colleagues, and other leaders and staff on process improvements and new implementations. Precepts and trains informatics colleagues. Embodies the Memorial Health Values of Safety, Integrity, Quality, and Stewardship that support our mission and vision.
