Etech Hi Corp is Hiring an Employment Paralegal Near Los Angeles, CA
- Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3 years of Labor or Employment Law and General Litigation practice experiencewith heavy emphasis on Trial Preparation and Discovery
- Experience Under Attorney supervision: Drafting, Editing, Filing, Cite-checking, assisting in all stages of trial law preparing legal documents including: Case documents, exhibits for basic pleadings, subpoenas, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials and other proceedings is a MUST
- Ability to provide excellent support to attorneys and trial teams including managing trial logistics, exhibits, trial calendars and binders, etc. is a MUST
- Effectively communicating and coordinating with Witnesses, Clients, Attorneys and Defense Counsel is a MUST
- Knowledge ofEEOC and DFEH claims processand CACode of Civil Procedure (CCP) is a MUST
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies(or related degree) and/orParalegal Certificationis a PLUS
