Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to individuals in need, including children, elderly, or individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times
- Adhere to resident rights and maintain confidentiality
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
- Experience working with individuals with autism or special needs is desirable
- Ability to lift heavy objects or individuals when necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
