Job Description
Are you looking for a long-term, fast paced environment to be a part of? Well look no further! We are an established group practice in the West Hills, California looking for someone dynamic to join our team. We have a fast-paced family environment that focuses on doing the right thing for the right reasons for our patients.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Patient scheduling and check out
- Act as a liaison, the link, between patients and doctors
- Maintain patient communication, evaluate and document their health progress
- Respond to daily emails, voicemails, EHR messages, online databases, doctor outbox messages
- Consult with patients and family members to discuss concerns and health plans per doctor request
- Collaborate with doctors and peers to schedule appointments, follow ups, and treatment plans
- Ensure visit authorizations are approved and in the system for billing purposes
- Treat patients with empathy and respect
- Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism

- Detail oriented and organized
- 1 year medical experience
- Bilingual
