Maple City Animal Hospital is Hiring a Reception Manager Near La Porte, IN
Maintain employee responsibilities.
Act as a liaison between Doctor and clients.
Perform department daily duties: Answering phones, relaying messages, scheduling appointments, etc..
Handle problems that arise within the department.
Monitor statistics.
Create, distribute, and update department schedules.
Conduct meetings.
Maintain continued education within department.
Client education.
Monitor department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
