Shift: 1st (5 am-5 pm/Monday-Friday)
Compensation Pay: $18-$22 an hour based on experience Job Responsibilities:
- Creating a production schedule Using Excel and an intra-company reporting system, the scheduler creates the schedule.
- Monitoring and reporting The scheduler monitors, analyzes, and reports performance to the production schedule.
- Coordinating with others The scheduler coordinates with supervisors, project managers, and production to sequence manufacturing, assembly, and installation.
- Researching and assigning times The scheduler researches and assigns manufacturing times and due dates as needed.
- Balancing capacity The scheduler balances existing labor and machine capacity to maximize efficiency and production throughput.
- Improving processes The scheduler examines all aspects of the scheduling process, including historical data, to improve production processes.
- Reporting to leadership The scheduler reports to the leadership team regarding existing orders, challenges, and production forecasting.
- Must have prior Manufacturing scheduling experience.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in scheduling and planning software
- Must have a great communicator with a strong sense of urgency to get things done and take ownership.
- Must be able to move, bend, and lift(50 LBS).
