Iris's client, one of the world's Premier Insurance client is looking to hire a strong Salesforce Lead for a long-term contract opportunity.

Job description:

• Configure and build applications ensuring that the solution follows latest practices and industry standards for Salesforce, using modern design patterns and architectural principles
• Develop high quality, well documented and efficient code adhering to all applicable client s standards that stay aligned with platform vendor roadmap and direction
• Design the business logic and integration patterns with client s Ecosystem, using modern integration, data, and security patterns
• Write unit, integration tests and functional automation, researching problems discovered by quality assurance or product support, developing solutions to address the problems??

The Skills & Expertise You Bring:

• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem of at least 10yrs.
• At least 3-4 yrs of Tech lead experience Until now we haven t seen this with any of the candidates including the ones we interviewed.
• Financial industries experience preferred.
• At least 3 Salesforce certifications.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
• Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced experience and/or expertise with several of the following:
• Apex, Lightning Component Development, Java Script, REST/JSON and XML integrations
• Process automation such as Flow, Batch/Async Apex
• Configuration and knowledge of the Sales/Service cloud configuration and administration of core capabilities, data model, Integrations, security, access control

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of Vlocity/Omnistudio is huge plus
• Collaboration skills to work with business partners and agile teams
• Knowledge of Bitbucket, DevOps automation tools & practices
• Experience with Test-driven Development (TDD)
