MIG Aluminium Fabricator – High-Growth Working at Heights Access Equipment Manufacturer

Based in West Palm Beach, FL, Bee Access makes and distributes temporary and permanent suspended access equipment including hoists, powered platforms, davits, tieback anchors, rigging, safety equipment and accessories, to the leading equipment rental companies in the world. The Fabricator is responsible for assembling pieces of aluminum together or repairing damage in metal components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting metal into shape. This position performs the manufacturing process from raw goods to the finished product, so we are seeking a candidate that is highly skilled. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Welding and Fabricating Aluminum products, will work well in a collaborative environment and be a strong communicator as this department works closely with our Engineering Team.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Must have Welder Certification and/or minimum of 2-5 years in a Welding environment – we will perform Welder and Ruler tests during the interview process

· Proven experience in Aluminum MIG/GMAW Welding

· High attention to detail and a self-starter

· Ability to read and fabricate from manufacturing prints

· Capable of handling heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)

· Local or willing to commute to West Palm Beach, FL area
