This role supports the Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) organization responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups. In this role, you will: Manage a team of professionals to ensure success in execution of effective delivery of learning delivery and skill development of facilitators, learning content, maintenance of business-led and Enterprise Learning and Development learning materials, and coordination and scheduling of learning classes Coach, Mentor, and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent Provide tactical support in areas of learning related resource coordination, process, project management, and initiative development Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations to meet business objectives Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives Interpret, develop procedures for functions and execute controls with low to moderate complexity to ensure aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Centralized Communications, Learning and Engagement (CCLE) Collaborate with managers and partners to recommend learning solutions to improve talent development, individual engagement, and retention Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2 years Leadership experience Desired Qualifications: Experience leading a Learning and Development team Experience in leading meetings and discussions that result in consensus and commitment Facilitation experience in a formal learning and development role Experience facilitating and coaching facilitators or conducting Train the Trainer sessions Ability to transform a team while delivering superior results and execution Experience with communication planning and execution Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience Ability to organize and delegate work to others Adaptable and flexible coaching style which takes into account the needs and learning styles of a diverse team Professional presentation skills Ability to troubleshoot operational issues Jira experience working in an agile setting Strong consulting experience Job Expectations: Ability to work a hybrid work schedule Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening Locations: 1801 Park View Dr, Shoreview Minnesota 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines Iowa 2202 W.
