This position envisions a hybrid work model, necessitating candidates to commute weekly to Pomona, California.
Responsibilities of the AR Deductions Specialist:
- Scrutinize and assess AR transactions for correctness; prepare necessary AR deductions.
- Maintain precise billing records and deduction documentation within systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to resolve billing inconsistencies.
- Assist in AR tasks such as cash applications, payment posting, and GL reconciliations.
- Provide ad-hoc deductions reporting/analysis and aid in process enhancements.
Qualifications for the AR Deductions Specialist:
- Minimum of 3 years in AR.
- 1 year of focus on retail/trade deductions.
- Proficient in full-cycle accounting processes and best practices.
- Tech-savvy with ERP systems; previous implementation experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with all organizational levels.
- Process-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
