Must be 21 years of age or older

• Welcome all customers and facilitate a seamless check-in process

• Perform any clerical duties as needed by store staff

• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures

• Manage the flow of the lobby and customer queue to ensure all customers are helped in a timely manner

• Be eager to be cross-trained to work the sales floor or other store positions in addition to reception

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis * Maintain positive customer relationships to establish loyal customer base
• Be advised on all store deals, rules and regulations, and basic knowledge of the area.'
