As an Executive Assistant I, you'll be at the heart of the action, providing essential administrative support that keeps the gears turning smoothly. This position involves a blend of administrative and project-based duties, demanding a broad range of skills and a thorough understanding of our organization's policies and practices.
Please note that candidates must reside within Mid-Atlantic Region and be willing to come onsite to our Camp Hill, PA location on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate the daily executive agenda with precision, ensuring the smooth flow of meetings, travel, and events, paving the way for impeccable operations.
  • Craft and curate communications with finesse, from high-impact reports to compelling presentations, showcasing your exceptional command of language.
  • Navigate the executives schedule with adept foresight, driving the swift completion of critical action items and optimizing their strategic engagements.
  • Streamline communications with discerning judgment, becoming the gatekeeper of information, and ensuring the seamless flow of critical insights.

Qualifications
  • A proven track record with at least five years of executive support, ideally at a VP level or higher, with a preference for a bachelor's degree; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for engaging and persuasive language.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite, coupled with a quick adaptability to new technologies, ensuring you stay at the forefront of executive support tools.
  • A professional demeanor, combined with sharp judgment and the ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a talent for critical thinking and the capacity to tackle complex challenges.
  • Unwavering commitment to discretion and confidentiality, safeguarding sensitive information with the utmost integrity.

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $55,000 - $116,900
