Join our team in our Recovery Friendly workplace as a Mental Health Case Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals on their mental health journey by assisting them in accessing government aid, securing housing opportunities, and providing essential support for their recovery. Your work will have a meaningful impact on those battling severe mental illness.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $19 with flexible shifts and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Receive a $500 sign on bonus!

$19 hourlyResponsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop personalized care plansAssist clients in accessing and utilizing community resources, including mental health services, housing programs, and government benefitsAdvocate for clients' rights and needs within various systems, including healthcare, social services and legal servicesProvide crisis intervention and support as neededCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and service providers to coordinate comprehensive careMonitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomesMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentationEducate clients and their families about mental health issues, available resources, and coping strategiesParticipate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunitiesHold a valid driver's license and maintain transportation with automobile insurance coverage.Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold client confidentialityMeet productivity standards consistentlyMaintain excellent attendance recordsQualifications:
Familiarity with and adherence to HIPAA regulationsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretionProactive approach and ability to anticipate client needsDemonstrates sound judgment and accuracy in decision-makingDisplays passion for the work and maintains a positive attitudeTakes personal responsibility for actions, keeps commitments, and seeks/offers help when neededExhibits professional appearance and hygiene in line with workplace cultureFor candidates with a bachelor's degree in an unrelated field, at least one year of experience in a direct service capacity (e.g., after-school program, nursing home, mental health, client advocacy) is required
