Habitat Greater Garland is looking for an Experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of a ReStore; a Home Improvement Outlet Resale shop that supports the ongoing work of Habitat's affordable housing programs. The Ideal Candidate is a responsible, smart, hard working, ethical person who values doing work with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing other Associate Staff including sales, warehouse, and cashier staff.
• The consistent, safe and positive development of Associates and Assets in order to provide a high quality experience for Donors and Customers.
• Opening and Closing the Store, providing for the secure, responsible accountability of daily transaction receipts.
• Developing and driving an online sales department.
• Implementing and driving programs to receive donations for resale.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent; BA or BS preferred.
• Retail store management experience

Starting Pay: Salary, Exempt - Pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time, Expected hours: minimum 40 per week.
