Areas of Responsibility and Job Requirements : Facilitates all aspects of the apartment leasing process, qualifying prospective residents and ensure compliance with applicable subsidies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Functions and provides outstanding service to prospective residents, current residents, and third-party agencies.
Schedules households for unit viewing and communicates with property management to ensure successful key pickupPrepares leases and coordinates with the households for signaturePrepares and presents daily residential reportsPerforms administrative tasks and other related duties as assigned Minimum Education Requirements : High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Minimum Years of Experience Required : 1 years’ experience in Customer service, banking, real estate, or housing social service case management background, preferred Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), requiredStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailMust have excellent communication skillsBilingual is a plus (Spanish).
Competencies / Essential Job Functions : This position consists mainly of sedentary work. The position may require exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
