Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Spa Manager to oversee our spa operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals, manage daily operations, and drive sales to achieve business goals.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure all spa services are delivered efficiently and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with vendors for product procurement
- Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, pricing, and payroll

Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Experience in wireless sales or retail management preferred
- Sales management expertise with a focus on customer service
- Ability to manage shifts effectively
- Organizational skills to oversee daily operations
