GEE Group has teamed up with a Cleveland based company in its search for a dedicated Order Entry Specialist to become an integral part of their operations. In this role, you'll play a key role in maintaining order accuracy and facilitating seamless transactions within their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all order entry processes.
· Collect orders via phone, email, EDI, and occasionally paper, entering data accurately into the ERP system.
· Collaborate closely with various departments including sales, manufacturing, and shipping to maintain order accuracy and track product availability.
· Meet personal/team order entry quotas.
· Handle incoming phone calls periodically.
· Act as backup to Customer Service Specialist as needed.
· Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Team-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to enter orders quickly and accurately.
· Familiarity with ERP systems and practices.
· Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different personalities.
· Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
