Position: Designer/Draftsperson

Combined expertise in architecture, interior design and marketing and branding represents the multidimensional enthusiasm of our group. We are seeking a Designer/Draftsperson with a solid working knowledge of the design/build process. Candidates must show proficiency in construction documentation and possess technical knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High level of proficiency in Revit software
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and construction documentation
• Working knowledge of CAD applications
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate ideas and collaborate with team members
• Strong time/attention management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks
• Willingness to learn new processes and explore new concepts
• Preferred proficiency in Lumion software
• Preferred proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Primary Activities and Responsibilities:

• Learn, understand, and champion the SDG design process
• Draft conceptual schematic design plans, design development plans, and construction documentation plans utilizing Revit software
• Update, edit, modify designs in accordance with client/builder/contractor needs/requests
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, developments, and technologies related to architectural design
