About This Role: | The College of Arts and Sciences is seeking a full-time Academic Recruitment Coordinator. This is an administrative, non-instructional, analytical position supporting the College of Arts and Sciences and serving as the point of contact for our endeavors related to campus visits, on-campus events, and recruitment programming and outreach in conjunction with the Director of Recruitment. Requires extensive knowledge of university, college, and department policies and procedures. The Recruitment Coordinator would work as part of the growing Academic Recruitment team in the College, managing daily campus visits, on campus recruitment events, coordinating recruitment efforts with the 22 different departments within the College and leading our mentorship program. Occasional travel and participation in college fairs off-campus will be expected. The person in this position will work with all staff in the Dean's Office of Arts and Sciences and report to the Director of Recruitment. |
