Job Description :

We are seeking a highly-experienced and self-motivated Media and Event Salesperson to join our team with full-time responsibilities and territories.

This role is critical in driving revenue growth through the sale of advertising space in our print and digital media platforms, as well as securing sponsorships for our high-profile events.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns within a given territory.
  • Identify and engage potential clients to understand their advertising and sponsorship objectives and budgets.
  • Sell advertising in print and digital media, and secure event sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and events teams to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maitain a year-round sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications : To be considered, please submit a resume that reflects the experience you have that matches the below qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in media advertising (print and digital media) and / or event sponsorships (trade events, award shows, etc.) is

required.

Experience working in the film, television, gaming, or music industries is

required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills are

required

  • Experience working with labor unions or professional trade / craft groups is greatly favored.
  • Must have proven track record to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and nuances.
  • Ability to build and maintain ongoing relationships with advertisers and sponsors.
  • Only highly motivate, self-driven individuals with a passion for sales need apply.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
