- 6 or more years of experience in IT Security.
- Proficiency in creating security documentation aligned with NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Experience in applying NIST CSF for policy development.
- Experience in drafting cybersecurity governance and risk management policies.
- Experience mapping organizational processes to NIST CSF categories.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools; Visio is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Assess current cybersecurity policies against NIST CSF and identify gaps.
- Develop new policies and revise existing ones to comply with NIST CSF.
- Draft policies on cybersecurity governance, risk management, and access control.
- Map processes and controls to NIST CSF categories.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure policy feasibility.
- Maintain version control and documentation of policies and procedures.
- Present reports on cybersecurity compliance and policy effectiveness.
