Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT support skills and a passion for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with software installations, updates, and configurations
- Perform desktop support tasks such as setting up new workstations and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Assist with maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a technology support role
- Minimum of one (1) year with the following areas:
- Helpdesk ticketing software
- O365 software - MS Office Suite
- VoIP or PBX system
- Antivirus / Endpoint Deployment and Patch
- VMWare - hypervisor and/or virtualization experience
- Experience with manufacturing industry (ERP Preferred)
- Technical Certificates are a Plus!
- Reliable transportation for branch or plant on-site troubleshooting
