Radius is Hiring an Instructional Leader Near Omaha, NE

Job Summary The instructional leader oversees the assessment of students’ academic strengths and needs, recommends evidence-based curriculums and practices, and ensures the implementation of academic and remedial interventions and strategies. This role is a 12-month position with the primary responsibilities of encouraging students to fulfill their academic success by planning, preparing and implementing an appropriate instructional program in a classroom learning environment that positively impacts academic, social, and emotional success. The instructional leader will work directly with students who may be removed from mainstream education participation due to behavior disruptions, extensive absenteeism, or the ineffectiveness of traditional interventions of public schools in addressing the academic deficiencies of the student. It is preferred that the instructional leader is experienced in supporting individual education plans and group instruction. The instructional leader collaborates with the education and residential staff who are active participants in the academic, and social emotional needs of the students. Position(s) is available as 12 month position, and salary will vary dependent upon certification and experience.
