OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST POSITION:
- The AR Specialist will approve accounts receivable adjustments to customer accounts
- Reconcile cash receipts daily for accounts
- The AR Specialist will process customer payments and cash sales/credit card payments
- Apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts
- The AR Specialist will apply customer payments to customer accounts
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
