Job Summary:
Assist a trained and qualified mechanic, plumber, electrician, carpenter in all phases of carpentry work. May run errands as needed. Maintains working area in clean and orderly condition. Performs other duties as assigned. Demonstrates knowledge and skills to appropriately communicate and interact with the patients, families, and visitors of all age groups while being sensitive to their cultural and religious beliefs.
Performance Expectations:

• Demonstrates the ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Demonstrates the ability to properly load and dispose of construction debris in a safe manner.

Qualifications:
Education/Skills
High school diploma or GED required.
Work Experience:
Related work experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure-DUE UPON HIRE

• Valid Drivers License

• Maintain a Good Driving Record
