Job Title: Analytics Program Manager
Duties: Rush University Medical Center seeks an Analytics Program Manager in Chicago, IL to design and implement data analytics programs, services, and events that address disparities in health outcomes. Produce reports that facilitate evidence-based decisions throughout the health care system. Gather business and data requirements from business owners and collaborate to design a data analytics system that best fits their needs. Develop and implement a system to manage and evaluate the skill, experience, and professional development needs of all staff. Serve as point of contact for Data Governance Tools including Axon and EDC. Utilize Epic Cogito tools and develop self-service reports. Communicate with End-Users regarding data analytics project development lifecycles. Interface between Human Resources, Finance, Clinical Administrators, and IT to determine feasibility, timelines, and cost of data requests. Lead project planning and development processes for Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, Reporting Workbench, Slicer Dicer, infor, and third-party tools. Establish consistent performance standards through quality control initiatives and program evaluation. Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U. S. on a case-by-case basis.
Minimum Requirements: Position requires Bachelor s degree in computer science, finance, healthcare administration, or a directly related field, plus five years of experience as a data analyst or related occupation. The five years of experience must include five years of experience with each of the following: (1) Writing SQL stored procedures or queries; (2) Querying and analyzing data with SQL programming language; and (3) Domain Experience with HR using Infor Product Suite. Must also include three years with each of the following: (I) Dashboarding tools including Tableau or Power BI; (II) Working on Epic Cogito Tools; (III) Performing analytics utilizing BusinessObjects or Crystal Reports; and (IV) Working with Clinical/Patient Healthcare Datasets.
