Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to oversee the setup, maintenance, and functionality of our LMS platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage digital content and resources. In addition to LMS administration, this role will also provide internal technical support and maintain digital reference files for our Dealer Reference database.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain digital content on the learning management system (LMS), including uploading, organizing, and updating training materials, courses, and resources.

2. Provide internal technical support for the LMS, including troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the platform.

3. Add and remove personnel from the LMS as needed, managing user accounts, permissions, and access levels.

4. Ensure the functionality and performance of the LMS by monitoring system performance, applying updates, and addressing technical issues.

5. Maintain digital reference files for the Dealer Reference database, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility of technical information.

6. Provide internal technical support for the Dealer Reference resource, assisting users with accessing and navigating the database.

7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate digital content and resources.

8. Additional duties may include digital content creation and editing, as well as providing instruction and training to technicians.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. - Previous experience in learning management system administration, preferably with PayCom. - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Experience in digital content management and resource organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support and assist users. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Experience in training and instruction is preferred but not required. Working Conditions: - This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate system maintenance or training sessions. - The role may involve sitting for extended periods and working on a computer. - Conditions for this role may occasionally require travel to facilitate training sessions or attend relevant conferences and events.
