Job Summary:
Eyelid Plastic Surgery and Reconstructive Center is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Coordinator who will thrive in a fast paced cosmetic practice. This candidate must be committed to executing exceptional customer service with excellent listening, oral and written communication skills. We are looking for an individual who is a team player as well as able to function independently. This individual must be professional, tactful, mature, and able to interact well with diverse personalities. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong problem-solving skills along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Time management skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information are also critical to this position.

Duties:

• Ensure exemplary patient care and patient service is provided at all times
• Ensure that new or updated patient forms are completed and signed
• Ensure that all patient information is entered and updated promptly and accurately
• Responsible for patient flow
• Answering busy phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Answer general patient questions
• Responsible for taking concise messages, checking voicemail and routing calls appropriately
• Responsible for confirmation calls to cosmetic patients
• Ensure follow-up phone calls are placed for all no-show appointments
• Conducting follow up calls for providers
• Responsible for checking out patients, assisting with scheduling follow up appointment, provide cosmetic quotes
• Assist with Patient Retention and obtaining new patients
• Review daily schedule
• Ensure opening and closing duties are performed on a daily basis

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with email and Microsoft word
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
