Paid Social Media Specialist
Skin Laundry is currently seeking a passionate Paid Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team!
In this position, you will be collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement specific paid search strategies. We are looking for someone who is skilled in building brands across all levels while bringing insights about the evolving world of paid/search marketing. You'll have creative insight into solving challenging issues.
About this position:
In this newly created role, you will help to own and refine our Paid Media initiatives. You will be collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement specific paid search strategies. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in building brands across all levels while bringing insights about the evolving world of paid/search marketing. You'll have creative insight into solving challenging issues.
What we're looking for:
- Targeting 1-2years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on meta platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram
- Plus: Retail and Beauty experience
- Strong understanding of meta platform advertising capabilities, including targeting options, ad formats, and campaign objectives.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing campaigns to achieve performance goals
- Proficient in utilizing Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant campaign management tools
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative campaign strategies.
- Attention to detail is critical, especially when interpreting and analyzing platform reporting, given the ambiguity of metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams while prioritizing alignment
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and platform updates in the paid media space
- Self-aware, empathetic, can be vulnerable, builds real relationships, willing to laugh at self, and fun!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns on meta platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and execute campaign strategies to meet performance goals and objectives.
- Create and maintain campaign structures, including ad sets, targeting, and budgets.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and take proactive actions to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign elements.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns are aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to drive maximum results.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Compensation Target: $70,000 - $80,000K
