- Maximizing operational efficiencies and ensuring the safety of all employees
- Implementing process/productivity improvements to enhance safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Training employees on equipment operation, record keeping, and other necessary activities.
- Maintaining finished product quality, food safety, and overall sanitation procedures and practices
- Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Are available for a 2-2-3 (Panama) schedule, including rotating weekends.
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
