The TITLE PROCESSOR II processes the reassignment of lease title documents, along with the functions of a Title Processor I. This position requires the ability to research and address exception issues.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read steps in AS400 to process Paid In Full accounts.
• Sign/stamp title documents and match/attach all other corresponding documents.
• Follow provided instructions to complete reassignment of titles.
• Notify the supervisor/lead for any exception issues or questions.
• Assist others as necessary.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS(EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

• HS diploma or General Education Degree(GED).
• Some college.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Minimal supervision.

MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to type 45 WPM.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong handwriting skills/excellent penmanship.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
• Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
• Ability to perform required daily duties under minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet expected production deadline.
