We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Foam Insulation Applicator to join our team. As a Spray Foam Insulation Applicator, you will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation to various surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the insulation is applied efficiently, effectively, and according to industry standards and safety regulations.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Prepare surfaces for insulation application by cleaning, sealing, and ensuring proper adhesion.

2. Operate spray foam insulation equipment safely and effectively.

3. Mix and apply spray foam insulation materials accurately, following manufacturer instructions.

4. Apply insulation to walls, ceilings, floors, and other structures with precision and attention to detail.

5. Work closely with team members to coordinate job tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

6. Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the insulation application process.

7. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and disposal of materials.

9. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any questions or concerns.

10. Complete job-related paperwork, such as work orders and inspection reports, accurately and promptly.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience as a spray foam insulation applicator or similar role.

2. Knowledge of insulation materials, equipment, and techniques.

3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

6. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy equipment and materials.

7. Willingness to work in various environments, including confined spaces and elevated surfaces.

8. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

9. Certification or training in spray foam insulation application (preferred but not required).

10. Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations and guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.23 - $20.06 per hour
