Postion Overview

As the Email Coordinator at Elevate Outdoor Collective (EOC), you will be a crucial member of our global ecommerce team, responsible for executing the email marketing program across our portfolio of brands. This role involves getting into the details of coordinating email campaigns and automation that align with each brand's unique industry positioning and voice. You will work closely with the Email Lead to manage brand marketing initiatives, as well as spearhead ecommerce marketing initiatives that reach a wide audience. Your role plays a pivotal part in expanding the reach of the email marketing program not only on the brand-specific level, but also the global scale. Being curious, nimble, and ambitious are key to succeeding in this position.

Responsibilities

Coordinate email schedule, testing, deployment, and reporting.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive company initiatives with appropriate email content.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling email content and visuals.

Identify opportunities for list growth and innovative email programs.

Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and legal guidelines around email communication.

Stay updated on email marketing best practices and industry trends.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.

Assist in the development and execution of email marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer retention.

Monitor competitor email campaigns and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement.

Support the Email Lead in implementing segmentation strategies to personalize email content based on customer behavior and preferences.

Identify opportunities for list growth and innovative email programs.

Create standardized and scalable structure to manage multiple brands email content.

Test website functionality and compatibility between different browsers and global regions for email notifications.

Perform minor image manipulation tasks to format for email.

Handle other ad hoc web-related tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

1 year email marketing experience.

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience with Google Analytics.

Edit and update photos and design elements in Photoshop for use in emails.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while coordinating multiple project deadlines simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with marketing platform, Klaviyo and/or other email platforms.

Familiarity with email deliverability best practices and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of core outdoor sports, particularly snow sports.

History of working with graphic design and ecommerce teams

Agency experience

Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Ability to enter data for long periods of time.

Ability to sit in front of computer for long periods of time.

May be required to lift 15-50 pounds occasionally.

Salary

This is a Salary position with Elevate Outdoor Collective. The pay range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 annually.
