Our Account Leader role is a community position working in a time-tested career industry that is predicted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) to grow 6% by the year 2031 (as of 2024). The Account Leader role offers true financial growth and stability through HYBRID-remote (meaning there is daily travel required) work and a reputable, well-known brand. You will not report to any office or worksite for this position, and you set your own schedule with the flexibility you need to maintain true work-life balance. This position requires travel only within your local living area, and/or directly surrounding areas (please note, this is NOT a 100% remote position and you must live in the United States, in the either KENTUCKY OR INDIANA).

In this role, you will service your community by educating employees and businesses on what Aflac has to offer. Using Aflac's trusted name and services, you will provide working community members with peace of mind and community businesses with modern-day employment solutions!

No experience is needed for this position and all career experience/resumes are welcome as we provide all training you will need through leading industry, self-accessible training tools, team culture, and field training with an experienced mentor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to read, write, and speak English, as either your 1st or 2nd language
- Have transportation, or the ability to arrange scheduled transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $48,248.25 - $62,859.43 per year
