As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. Service Advisor
We are looking for a talented and experienced Service Advisor to join our team, but we are willing to train the right individual. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our valued customers, while also working closely with our Service Technicians to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their concerns about their vehicles
Schedule appointments and estimate costs for repairs and maintenance
Verify insurance and coordinate with insurance companies
Provide customers with information about warranty coverage and potential cost savings
Manage the dealership's service workflow and schedule
Communicate with customers throughout the repair process to keep them updated on their vehicle's status
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a related customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
