Responsibilities
•Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
•Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals.
•Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the company's products or services based on client feedback and market insights.
•Organizing and coordinating events and activities.
•Creating and assembling client gift baskets and care packages.
•Assisting with rental property maintenance and tenant management.
•Accounts Payable (A/P) processing and record keeping.
