Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in various locations for ME, MA and NH for a Site Foreman. The Site Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating site work and demolition activities, overseeing the use of heavy equipment, communicating with team members and stakeholders, performing tasks at hand, and conducting maintenance inspections. The Site Foreman will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in operating and maintaining heavy equipment
- Proficiency in site work
- Knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
- Ability to interpret and create project plans.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in the site work industry is required
- Certifications in site work or related field.
