Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and professional Fine Dining Server to join our team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in an upscale dining environment. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences - Take accurate food and beverage orders - Enter orders into the POS system (Aloha POS) accurately - Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests - Clear tables and reset for the next guests - Assist with cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel setting preferred - Proficiency in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS - Strong ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members - Knowledge of food service procedures and etiquette - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Exceptional guest relations and customer service skills We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
