Job Title: Install Lead

Job Summary: The Install Lead is responsible for managing and supervising field operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company policies and industry regulations. They play a pivotal role in coordinating field teams, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Train and supervise field personnel.
    • Assign tasks and responsibilities to field teams.
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to team members.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Plan and organize field activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
    • Allocate resources and equipment as needed.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary.
    • Maintain communication with the central office and report on field activities regularly.
  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure that work performed in the field meets quality standards and safety regulations.
    • Conduct inspections and audits to identify and address issues promptly.
    • Implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Safety Compliance:
    • Enforce safety protocols and procedures in the field.
    • Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for field personnel.
    • Investigate and report accidents or incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of field activities, including work hours, materials used, and equipment maintenance.
    • Generate reports on project status, productivity, and performance.
    • Prepare and submit required documentation to compliance agencies, if applicable.
  • Resource Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and materials required for field operations.
    • Ensure that equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
    • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Client Relations:
    • Liaise with clients or customers to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience. 
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for data tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Leadership and motivational skills.
  • Standing, bending and lifting up to 50lbs of equipment at a time
  • Must be able to read construction drawings

Additional Requirement s: The Install Lead may be required to work irregular hours, travel frequently, and adapt to varying weather conditions and physical demands, depending on the nature of the field operations and industry.
