The Role

This position is a dual role position where you will be responsible for completing project in the field as well as scheduling, coordinating, and managing construction projects within the company from start to finish.

Additional responsibilities and expectations for this position are as follows:

• Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with current codes and safety practices.
• Maintain the reputation of DHE by being trustworthy, ethical, and maintaining consistent professionalism.
• Be organized, resourceful, and have attention to detail.
• Ensure the job stays on schedule and on budget.
• Maintain a high standard of quality.
• Keep track of job costing
• Work with vendors & sub-contractors on projects.
• Assist the crews when needed and potential complete projects if needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with the client throughout the projects.
• Schedule and keep track of parts, material, and subcontractors.
• Fill out all test reports, warranty paperwork, close out packages and any other job-related paperwork required.
• Keep detailed files on work performed for customers on the company server.
• Organize and schedule crews for various jobs/projects.
• Keep the construction yard organized.
• Maintain a conducive relationship with MDE and other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over work.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management in the interest of DHE.
