Job Summary:

The ClaimsAdjuster Trainee will complete a series of Self-Study courses, classroomtraining and On The Job training to prepare for promotion to Adjuster Level 1position.In addition, the ClaimsAdjuster Trainee will complete the necessary pre-requisite course work requiredto take and pass the Georgia Resident Adjuster Property and Casualtyexamination.The Claims Adjuster Traineeis responsible for investigating, reserving, negotiating and settling assignedproperty and casualty claims within provided authority.Ensures that all assigned claims are resolvedtimely and fairly in accordance with the policy contract based on the damagespresented.The Claims Adjuster Traineewill work with minimal authority under direct supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

·Completerequired training courses with a successful score

·ObtainState of Georgia Resident Adjuster Property and Casualty license and maintainlicense through completion of state mandated Continuing Education.

·Providequality service to all parties involved in assigned claims.

·Conductthorough investigations into coverage, liability and damages for assigned claimin accordance with Claims Best Practices.

Qualifications:

Required

·Bachelor'sdegree

·Abilityto pass State of Georgia Resident Adjuster Property and Casualty licensing exam.

·Bilingual(Spanish)
