• Contract Duration: 9 months
• Worksite Location : Minneapolis, MN

What you'll do as the Events Project Manager:

• Execute strategies that drive the successful completion of quarterly (seasonal), vendor-sponsored and brand launch events
• Be responsible for leading multiple projects and meet budget/timing parameters
• Ensure accurate production
• Follow through on all event deliverables
• Be accountable for communication with key stakeholders in Marketing, Store Operations, PR, Roundel, Creative and Print Production

What you'll bring to the Events Project Manager role:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite
• 5 years of combined project management, event planning and/or in-store marketing experience
• Proven operational excellence, including high-performing results managing high-scope/high-visibility projects
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including ability to think quickly to resolve issues leading up to an event
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clear, decisive action
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including ability to facilitate healthy debate
• Ability to develop and build enrollment to process, driving milestone adherence and continuous improvement at scale
• Agency experience and/or experience working with an agency
