Our sites support specialty physician services, infusion therapy, and leading-edge research on new medications for complex and rare disease states. POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic, driven, energetic Clinical Sales Liaison to join our team. The Sales Liaison will be in the pivotal role of promoting and selling infusion services to key specialties for the care of chronic and complex patients. The Clinical Liaison will work closely with specialist providers (Neuro, Gastro, Immunology, Rheumatology) and other health-related organizations/personnel/customers to enable pull through and patient access. The Clinical Sales Liaison targets high value physicians and promotes Infusion Associates’ services in the designated territory. While managing the territory, you will develop key relationships with physicians and other office members to increase awareness, communicate service benefits and achieve sales goals. As a member of the sales team, the Liaison is responsible for achieving sales potential and growth within the territory. Communicating information on business conditions (competitive and marketplace activities) that may affect strategies is vital. The Sales Liaison will have knowledge of and participate in meetings, symposiums, and other related events which support chronic care patients and providers. Reporting to the Business Development Director, the Sales Liaison also works with marketing staff and internal and external colleagues to achieve regional and corporate objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Successfully manage territory to exceed revenue and margin quota targets
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of infusion competitors in the field.
  • Identify prospective, high-volume referral sources in target disease areas for assigned territory.
  • Develop preferred relationships with high-volume referral sources and their support teams.
  • Provide feedback to management on sales, market, and customer issues
  • Join and attend key professional organizations to increase visibility of the company and increase business opportunities.
  • Provide / Coordinate Educational In-Services to accounts as needed.
  • Attend sales and staff meetings and participate in sales conference calls as scheduled
  • Participate in exhibits and seminars to promote the company.
  • Collaborate with Business Development/Operations on new and existing business.
  • Complete required administrative duties, including compliance with CRM use and expense reports
  • Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in a life science, business/marketing, public relations, or communications
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience working with Neuro, Gastro, Rheumatology, and Immunology
  • Validated history of meeting / exceeding sales goals
  • Fearless creativity in search of new / incremental market opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and hunter mentality
  • Maintain a current valid driver’s license, have an automobile and clean/safe driving record.
  • Maintain and continuously develop business acumen to understand industry trends and effectively implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Aptitude to identify critical initiatives to meet organizational goals and objectives.
