We are looking for a business-driven technology and innovation leader to design the systems and infrastructure, aligned with business strategy for our Americas Truck Tires Organization.

You will be responsible for process definition and design of applications architecture, and to properly transfer / translate the business needs to the IT organization.

This postition leads a team of 4 employees.

Digital and IT Strategy

• Lead the organizational Truck Tires Digital transformation by designing the systems roadmap, aligned with markets needs.
• Continuously search for trends and innovations to improve our systems architecture and business digital platforms.
• Identify, propose and coordinate development of technical solutions and systems required from the business in areas like service network fleet solutions and internal digitalization.

Consider Cybersecurity guidelines as well as data protection.

• Work with cross-functional business groups like Retreading, Fleet Management, BestDrive and Digital Solutions in regard to any / all commercial digital processes such as Pricing, Controlling, Credit & Collections, Operations, EDI, SD / IT, Tax, TCS and so on.
• Close interaction with key user organization (SD, FI, CO, ContiLink, Logistics Systems, Salesforce) and IT managers.

Systems operation and improvement

• Direct and supervise technical experts and key users to ensure accurate and timely implementation and proper maintenance of business and sales systems platforms and IT hardware.
• Support business leaders with problem solving and innovation to achieve the highest customer service level both internal and external.
• Oversee, in cooperation with local and central key users, IT and business departments, all TT related digital systems and platforms.
• Work with IT and CKU to optimize processes and keep systems up to date.

Project management

Manage / supervise all business digital projects from cost planning, including evaluation of investments, approvals and post completion audits in collaboration with Controlling and IT.

Ensure the adequate availability of resources to accomplish the TT AM Digital transformation goals

• Understand and monitor commercial business processes. Supervise steer and test all digital business projects, process improvements and digital IT tools implementation and training.
• Coordinate technical trainings for internal and external users to successful implement the new business solutions in the TT AM markets
• Document projects and processes to ensure full compliance with internal rules, guidelines, business processes and audit.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related field

• 10 years of related professional business experience
• 3 years project management experience with at least 1 major project involving a significant impact of the business
• 2 years experience leading people
• Experience in international / matrix organizations
• Ability to interact with different cultures, needs and limitations from the Americas markets
• 18 months working internationally, cross functionally or cross organizationally
• Internal qualified candidates will meet internal guidelines for this executive level role
• Advanced level SAP knowledge
• Database Administration experience
• Expert level analytical skills
• Expert level excel experience
• Strong communication skills
• Participation in an ACfEL must be complete before a promotion to SG 13

• Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related field
• Agile project management experience
• Experience working in the Tire industry
