Overview:

The VNA Health Group-Moving Health Care Forward

We are currently looking for Access Center Specialist to join our team. The position would be responsible for handling all incoming calls to the agency and providing a “warm transfer” to other departments when appropriate. The Access Center Specialist position will be remote witht he ability to be onsite at our Holmdel location as needed.

Responsibilities:

Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers.
Handles all types of incoming calls
Entering referrals into HCHB, except for the intake note
Collaborates with team members and other departments as needed
Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance.
Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position

Qualifications:

High school diploma required
2-3 years work related experience
Strong computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment within a fast paced call center with heavy phone and computer use
