We are a locally owned, lawn care and landscaping company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented employee to join our team. We are a rapidly-growing company based out of Chesterfield and Midlothian, VA. This position offers consistent hours.

Experience: Experience is great, but we also train individuals to do what we love to do.

A Typical Work Day Might Include:

-Mowing, weed eating/edging, blowing clippings off all hard surfaces.

-Trimming bushes and trees, installing mulch, planting perennial plants and shrubs.

-Lawn clean ups, debris removal, leaf removal.

-Aeration, seeding, weed control, fertilization, etc.

-Working with a team of 1-2 other people.

-Communicating with customers about their lawn to ensure their questions and concerns are adequately addressed.

-Occasionally clean or maintain equipment.

Qualifications:

-Must be motivated, detail-oriented and have a good work ethic.

-Must take pride in their work.

-Must be at least 18 years old.

-Must be able to operate commercial mowers/walk behinds/trimmers/tools associated with lawn care and landscaping.

-Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

-Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

-Must be able to work with others as a team.

-Must be respectful and courteous to customers.

-Must be punctual every day.

Driver Additional Qualifications:

-Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

-Follow proper safety protocols while driving.

-Driving record must pass insurability test.
